We build narrow apps on purpose. A suite that does everything tends to do each thing about as well as the last person who touched it, and the merchant pays for the parts they never open. So instead there are five apps, each sitting at one moment in a Shopify order, each priced so a store can run it on its own.

The apps came out of merchant requests more often than roadmaps. LockPro exists because trade sellers kept asking how to stop the public seeing wholesale prices. Wholesale Pro exists because those same sellers were being quoted Shopify Plus for a problem that did not need it. GiftPro exists because merchants wanted to stack a gift on top of a discount Shopify would not let them stack.

Support is not a department here. It is a few people who can change the code the same week you report the problem, which is the one real advantage a studio this size has over a company with a support tier chart.
